Our Carrollton location is located just next to the James River Bridge.Dock of the Bay is the local’s favorite for anything from fish tacos to a full seafood platter. Sean Duffee grew up in Portsmouth and worked for Phillips Seafood for eighteen years in six different cities. He came and opened the restaurant with his wife, Yolanda Duffee, with the idea to offer great food and service in a family ambiance. Yolanda, who was also a former Phillips employee, loves to cook and add her Mexican touch to the dishes. Our customers enjoy a family atmosphere and delicious food, which is why we often see the same folks several times a week!
